Detailed annotationAn official memo from the director of the 3rd Section, Kuzmin, and the director of the Operational Section of the Home Guard (OO VOKhR), Bobrov, addressed to the director of OGPU Industry No.2 and dated 28.01.1934, concerning the allocation of transport for subdivisions of the OO VOKhR, who are serving Industries Nos 2 and 3 of the Ukhtpechlag. It contains a request for the allocation of transport (horses or other means of transport) for the Command of the Platoon of the TISR, since, due to the dispersal of the subdivisions of the OO VOKhR across the different industries and the absence of communication between them, command and control of them have been made more difficult. In the document there is a resolution by the director of the Industry (possibly I.K. Danilechko) to the director of Transport (Dusinov? Name illegible) dated 05.02.1934. The document was transferred to the Museum from the archive of the “Progress” Factory, successor to the Radium Industry.
